Challenge:

I wanted to write an email that focused on their height-adjustable desks. Steelcase has various options, and knowing which desk to purchase can be tricky. The challenge was to emphasize why someone would want a height-adjustable desk and describe their unique differences so potential buyers could make the best choice.

Solution:

I read up on the benefits of height-adjustable desks to learn why someone would need one and how it can improve their lives. I used that information to grab the reader’s attention by highlighting a sit-to-stand desk's productivity and wellness benefits. I then briefly described each desk, describing their distinct differences so potential buyers can quickly decide which desk is best for their space and working style.
