Steelcase | Labor Day Sale Email

Client:

Steelcase is a global brand in premium office furniture. They have a B2C branch and Store that focuses on products.

Challenge:

The Steelcase B2C Branch was running a Labor Day Sale. The theme for the sale was “Get Back-to-Work Ready” to play on the back-to-school theme and the end of summer. The goal was to emphasize the sale as a great time to build a strong workspace for fall.

Solution:

This was the second email in the sale and was sent out on Labor Day. Since it was sent out on Labor Day, I wanted to capitalize on the fact that many people will be off work. Not only did I want the messaging to focus on the main theme but also on the idea that we did the work for them. They don’t need to look around for what to buy. We picked out great products, making it easy to make a choice. I also wanted to make it easy to read so each product has three points of benefit, to make the email skimmable for important information, and to have a CTA for each item to make it quick to shop.
