Client:

Steelcase is a global brand in premium office furniture. They have a B2C branch and Store that focuses on products.

Challenge:

The Steelcase B2C branch was running a sale for their best-selling chair and wanted to try something new by also highlighting a lounge chair option.

Solution:

Since Gesture® is their best-selling chair, I wanted to excite potential buyers by leading the email with that product. I noticed people would comment on the Steelcase Instagram asking when Gesture® was going on sale, so I used that as the headline to emphasize how it’s a big deal.

I then introduced their Bob Lounge seating option in a fun “get to know me” and “fun facts about me” way to keep it playful while emphasizing why this lounge chair stands out.

This sale was running around Father’s Day, so I added a quick plug for the holiday at the bottom to show how these would be great gifts.
