Challenge:

Write the business’ About page to highlight the designer’s background and what their designs and work represent.

Solution:

The page's goal is to make the audience feel welcomed and empowered, so I used a friendly and casual tone throughout the copy. To make the audience feel welcomed, I opened the page with a greeting and introduced the owner and their business’ mission to build relationships with potential customers.

I wanted the page to be easy to read, so I divided the copy into sections, each serving a specific purpose. The sections highlight the owner’s story and expertise and, most importantly, share how they aim to make people feel with their designs, connecting with their audience’s emotions.
