Tammy Taylor Nails is a premium nail and beauty cosmetics company.

Challenge:

To revamp and create blog posts about products, nail care, and career advice using a fun, trendy tone. The purpose is to increase website engagement while educating buyers on products and strategies that will lead to purchasing items.

Solution:

The social media manager and I worked closely to outline the voice and goal of each blog. Before writing, I researched products on the website and watched YouTube videos by the CEO to learn more about product benefits and usage. I also used my knowledge of using the products to draft and edit the posts. Each blog speaks directly to the reader using words like “you” and “your,” making it personal and, when relevant, mentions and includes YouTube videos for readers to instantly watch to learn more.
